Floating gently above the landscape offers a unique sense of freedom and allows you to experience Crete from an entirely different perspective. There is no general age restriction for hot air balloon flights. However, guests should be able to comfortably manage the physical requirements of the experience. For safety reasons, hot air balloon flights are not recommended for pregnant women, children under 6 years old, or individuals recovering from serious injuries, fractures, or sprains. Flight schedules are subject to suitable weather and operational conditions.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
-Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. We accept all major forms of payment, ensuring a convenient and secure transaction process for our clients. -Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service will receive a 100% refund. -Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. -No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 16 hours or less of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
