Payment & Cancellation Policy
-Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. We accept all major forms of payment, ensuring a convenient and secure transaction process for our clients. -Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service will receive a 100% refund. -Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. -No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 16 hours or less of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
